iGrafx provides a cycle manager to conduct the review, approval, and endorsement of repository content. You designate individuals or groups of users to take action on an item.
Default user groups at the repository level can be used to customize Review, Approval, and Endorsement cycles that require different groups of users.
Cycle parameters, displayed in the preview of selected groups, create rules for which users and groups must take action, the number of them that are required to respond, and sometimes the order in which they must take action.
At any point in the process, you can subscribe to receive email notification of approvals and annotations (on the Repositories menu, choose Subscriptions).
You can manage iGrafx documents and non-iGrafx files, but you cannot manage the cycle of individual components of an iGrafx document.
