Every repository in the iGrafx platform has a Default Approval Group, Default Endorsement Group, and a Default Reviewer Group. When you create a repository, the Default groups are created with one member: the user who created the database. You cannot delete or rename these groups, but you can change which users are members of the groups.

An empty user list, which is a group with no users, automatically approves an item as soon as the cycle is started.

Any new items added to the repository are set to use the Default user groups. If you want most or all repository items to share the same user group, leave them assigned to the Default group, and edit the membership.
