Parameters are key in determining how and if items get approved, reviewed, or endorsed. You can define the requirements for taking action on an item when you select or create a group with more than one user. For procedures that set up approval groups, see Manage User Groups.
Cycle management parameters are:
All users or groups need to complete the action in any order—Every user must complete the action to finish the cycle.
x of y need to complete the action—A specific number x of all users y are required to complete the action to finish the cycle.
All users or groups need to complete the action in order—Every user must complete the action to finish the cycle, and users are required to respond in a set order.
