Cycle Management for Cycle Initiators

iGrafx provides a cycle manager to review, approve, and endorse repository documents. As a cycle initiator, you click the Start button in the Manage Cycles dialog box. Cycles finish when all designated users have taken action or when you click the Stop button in the Manage Cycles dialog box.

You can also subscribe to automatic notifications of when an item is checked in or approved, and you can manage individuals whose action is required on an item.
