If you are using a repository in your iGrafx deployment, you can receive email notification automatically when a repository item is checked in (modified), approved, or annotated.
On the Repositories menu, choose Subscriptions.
Your administrator must set up repository email notifications to enable this feature, as explained in the iGrafx platform Help.
