You can filter the display of data fields and easily manipulate sets of data for use in a data block or field in a diagram.
When custom data sets are defined, you can apply them on a shape-by-shape basis or make them the default for an item in the Shape Library.
Select the shape in the diagram.
On the Tools menu, choose Setup Custom Data.
Click the Data Sets button.
In the Setup Custom Data Sets dialog box, choose a setup view and click the New button to add a data set and choose custom data elements to add to the set.
