The Shape Palettes window organizes graphics and other media in collections, subjects, and items. Collections contain subjects, such as Flowchart or Process, and subjects contain items, such as *.bmp files. You can drag and drop compatible graphics between the shape palette and many Windows applications.
Public Media Collections are collections installed with iGrafx.
Private Media Collections are collections and subjects that you create. Create a new collection (*.ecf file) and subject (*.sbj file), then add the graphics. Graphics in Private Media Collections are changeable.
Collections contain the names and locations of their subject files, and subject files contain information about the media files within the subject.
