View media collections in the shape palette

1. On the Standard toolbar, click the  tool, or click the tab.

2. In the Choose Palette dialog box, browse the public media collections by clicking the folders in the tree control.

3. Double-click a subject under a collection folder to open that subject in the Shape Palettes window.

Display pictures only, names only, or both in the Shape Palettes window

1. Follow the steps to view a media collection.

2. In the Shape Palettes window, click the View button to control the display of shape images and shape names.
