Find items

1. In the Shape Palettes window, click the tool.

2. In the Find dialog box, specify search parameters and click the Find Now button.

3. After the search is complete click the Close button or the Save button.

• If you click the Close button, the Shape Palettes window displays a temporary subject called “Last Find” in your Private Media Collections.

• If you click the Save button, the search results are saved as a permanent subject in one of your Private Media Collections.

Create a bookmark

1. In the Shape Palettes window, click the item or items you want to bookmark.

• Click the first of several adjacent items, hold Shift, then click the last item. All items in between are selected.

• Click an item, hold down the Ctrl key, and then click each item in the subject you want to bookmark.

2. Click the tool and choose Add Bookmark.

3. In the Add Bookmark dialog box, type the bookmark name and click the Add button.

Find media using a bookmark

1. Create a bookmark.

2. In the Shape Palettes window, click the  tool and choose Edit Bookmarks.

3. In the Bookmarks window, choose a bookmark and click the Go To button.

Rename, delete, or jump to bookmarks

1. In the Shape Palettes window, click the  tool and choose Edit Bookmarks.

2. In the Bookmarks dialog box, click the bookmark you want to edit.

3. Click the Delete button or click the Rename button.
