Calendars

Calendars define all of the timelines, events, and regularly occurring events in your process model, schedules for activities, resources, and generators.

Days display in green to show active time, gray to show inactive time, and red on composite schedules only to show inactive time as designated by another schedule.

You cannot delete days and hours that are in use by a schedule. Before deleting them, you must remove them from all schedules.

The following procedures use the Define Schedule dialog box. On the Model menu, choose Schedule, or click the schedules_tool.bmp tool on the Model toolbar. In the Define Schedule dialog box, you can click one of the Define buttons to modify the days, hours, or time span.
