Many organizations do not allow all users access to modify enterprise resources.

The iGrafx platform globally manages resources in documents throughout the repository.

The iGrafx client lets you create new enterprise resources in the repository, if you have the required repository permissions.

In the Repository window, right click the Resources folder and select New Resource from the resulting context menu. An Add Item dialog box appears. Specify a Name, Resource Type, and (optional) Summary for the resource, then click Add.
