Item Properties dialog box - RACI page

Set RACI relationships that apply to this Enterprise Object (EO).

Add button

(or ‘Add...’ in list)

To add RACI relationships:

Click the Add button and choose the RACI category; Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, or Informed. You may instead click the ‘Add...’ text under the RACI category you wish to add to.
Choose the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, or Informed Resource or Organization.
Click OK.

Delete button

To Delete a RACI relationship, select it from the list and click Delete.

Creating these relationships enables enterprise-wide RACI reporting, and ensuring resources are assigned to the appropriate areas of the enterprise.

Note: When a shape in a diagram Describes an enterprise object, its RACI relationships will be those of the described Enterprise Object. If you had created shape-based RACI before the shape described an EO, that RACI information may be added to the EO described by the shape.

Note: For SAP Project, Scenario, Process, and Process Step objects, you may see relationships with Organizational Units (Accountable) and End User Roles (Responsible). These relationships are read-only; they cannot be edited except in SAP Solution Manager.
