View a list of objects to which some other object refers, and see where and how they are used.
On the Tools menu, choose Where Used.
In the Where Used dialog box, select an object and:
Click the Show button to see the object selected in the context in which is was defined, such as a diagram, scenario, or the Define Resources dialog box.
Click the Show Use button to show where the reference is created in the referring object. For example, this command opens the Properties dialog box - Resources page to show an activity’s use of a resource.
Click the Definition button to see where the object being referred to is defined. For example, this command opens the Define Resources dialog box to show where a resource being referred to is defined.
The Show, Definition, and Show Use buttons are disabled for different objects, depending on how they are displayed, defined, and used by other objects.
