Resource Queue Statistics (Queue Tab)
These resource queue statistics are used to examine the behavior of transactions requesting the use of resources at activities.

The difference between a resource queue and an activity queue is that a resource queue is created when transactions are waiting for a resource. Activity queues are created when transactions wait at an activity to be processed. |
Acquired Count (Acq Count)–The number of times the resource is acquired.
Wait Count (Tot # Wait, Avg # Wait, Tavg # Wait, TStdev # Wait, Min # Wait, Max # Wait, and Final # Wait)–The number of times transactions tried to acquire this resource that cannot be serviced (for example, when it is busy), causing the transactions to wait.
Wait Time (Tot Wait, Avg Wait, Stdev Wait, Min Wait, and Max Wait)–The amount of time that transactions waited for this resource, including transactions that did not wait (that is, their waiting time was zero). For example, if two transactions waited 10 minutes and two other transactions did not wait, the total transaction waiting time is 20 minutes and the average transaction waiting time is 5 minutes.
Non-zero Wait Time (Tot NZ Wait, Avg NZ Wait, Stdev NZ Wait, Min NZ Wait, and Max NZ Wait)–The amount of time that transactions waited for this resource, not including any transaction that did not wait (that is, all waiting times are greater than zero). In the above example, the average non-zero transaction waiting time is 10 minutes.
