The iGrafx Explorer bar is a dockable, resizeable container of windows. By default, it appears on the left side of the application and displays the Document Components window. If you open an iGrafx repository, it displays the Repository window. If you open a Cause and Effect diagram, it displays the Cause and Effect window.
It contains any window that you move into it, such as the Shape Palettes window.
Any windows contained in the Explorer bar are hidden or closed when you hide or close the Explorer bar. To remove a window from the Explorer bar and keep the window open, click and drag it by the tab.
