iGrafx provides a Lean Pick Chart template for evaluating possible solutions to problems identified in a process. The Lean Pick Chart template provides pre-defined quadrants, but can be customized to suit your needs. On the File menu, point to New, and in the Lean Six Sigma Tools category choose Pick Chart.

After entering solutions in the pick chart quadrants, you can easily see which solutions have the biggest payoff and are the easiest to implement.
