Repository Window Icons Reference
These icons appear in the Repository window. Note that some icons can be combined on a single repository item; for example, both checked out and approved.

                         | Repository | Represents an iGrafx repository. One or more repositories may appear in the window. | 
| 
                         | Folder | Represents a folder. Each folder may contain one or more documents. Folders may also contain sub-folders. | 
| 
                         | Document | Represents an iGrafx document. | 
| 
                         | Checked out | Represents a repository item that is checked out (checked out iGrafx document shown). Diagrams and components are checked out automatically when you check out a document. |

                         | Document - Approval Cycle Status | Indicates the approval status of an item. Please see the Approval Status Indicators Reference for more indicators. | 
| 
                         | Diagram - is a shared diagram | Represents an iGrafx diagram that is shared with another iGrafx document; typically as a subprocess. | 
| 
                         | Diagram - is shared into a document | Represents a diagram that has been shared into an iGrafx document. | 
| 
                         | Diagram | Represents an iGrafx diagram. Diagrams are always components of documents. | 
| 
                         | Non-diagram Component | Represents a non-diagram component of a document; e.g. a Scenario, Report, or Sheet. | 
| 
                         | Link or Object List | Represents a list of links within the document (i.e. hierarchy), lists of objects (e.g. Lanes or Shapes), or links to other documents, diagrams, or external files. |

                         | Document link | Represents a link (Shortcut) to a document. | 
| 
                         | Diagram link | Represents a link to a diagram. |
