Procedure
Move a line to a different attachment point

Select a line connected to a shape.

Click and drag the red box at either end of the line to a new connection point on the shape, or to a different shape.
Add text to a connector line
Select the line and type the text.
Change arrow direction on connector lines
Select the line connected to a shape and, on the Arrange menu, choose Reverse Ends.
You can also modify a connector line by right-clicking it and choosing Format.
